Konus AudioBased in Bosnia, this manufacturer produces the Essence loudspeaker, a very high quality JX92S transmission line design similar to the VTL published by ourselves (but with some closely-guarded modifications). It is also distributed as part of the high end, Japanese Sakura System. This design has been reviewed by Enjoy the Music and Six Moons Audio magazines. Six Moons has also published an interview with the Essence's designer. |

A Dutch manufacturer of High-End loudspeakers. The Solo line is based on a JX92 driver in different setups. The Solo uses a single driver in a folded Voight pipe (also known as Weems pipe). The Solo XL (see picture at the right) uses one Jordan driver, a build-in 200W Class-D amplifier with a 8" subwoofer and a ribbon Super Tweeter. The top model, the Solo XXL, uses two JX92S drivers, a 400W Class-D amplifier with a 10" subwoofer and ribbon Super Tweeter. In all Solo models the full-range concept is fully maintained. |
